Shipping is free WORLDWIDE (upto 4.4 Pound/2kg per product/per order)

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide.We work diligently to try and use distributors that ship world wide. However if your not living in a first world country, it is best to contact us. We will see if your desired item is able to be shipped to your country. We'll also tell you the shipping fees (If applicable), and provide a tracking number (If Possible, sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available).

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 2-6 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

Our interest is on you getting your orders as quickly as possible. If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

Although HIGHLY IRREGULAR this may happen. All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package ASAP. Full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not / can not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

SOMETIMES WHY IS THERE A PRICE TAG LOWER THAN MY PRODUCT?

Due to customs declaration for various postal shipping requirements, it is important for our shipping department to include a base value below $30USD to avoid custom tariffs to the recipient. The base value varies from country to country. This is NOT the value of the product but of the customs declaration base value we follow to ensure that nothing comes out of your pocket.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment."

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

WHERE DO I GET MY TRACKING INFORMATION?

Your tracking information will be available on your particular order in your account with us after the processing time is over.
You can opt for 'create an account 'at the checkout to get all order related information Or we will email the tracking once it is available. You can also check your order HERE, once it is available.
